This is the second series of the Leadership in Engineering Discussion where we invite two of the previous panelists to address some of the responses from the participants that may concern their industries and their roles. We will have more of these series where we will be inviting two of the previous panelists to help participants understand the process of making leaders, right from their primary education to higher education and the corporate world. We shall focus on leaders in Engineering. Just like in other professions, leaders in Engineering lead people and organizations to achieve set goals. They must also conceive, develop, and implement Engineering solutions which transform society.
