This training course gives a complete overview of fibre optic technology as is deployed in the telecommunication sector. The course starts with fibre structure and light propagation in fibre, different types of fibre optic networks, fibre and cable types, connector & accessories types and their design integration & termination techniques will be discussed. This training covers 5 days of theoretical & practical aspects of fibre optics & provides hands on experience in fibre terminations, splicing & testing thereby giving an all-round view on the various aspects of fibre optic installation.
