The Leadership in Engineering Advancement Program (LEAP) targets professionals with an engineering background who have an aspiration to develop their leadership skills at different levels in engineering firms/operations. The goal of this program is to help one develop leadership skills, grow their careers, and make an impact within their space. The program consists of formal training and a structured mentorship across all levels.
It consists of the following courses, which are supplemented with mentorship, each having specific objectives.

LEAP-M supplements the training at various levels with a structured mentorship to consolidate the gains of the program and guarantee accelerated growth in Engineering leadership. Just like the training, it covers the full spectrum of engineers’ growth right from entry level as they start working to the pinnacle where they are either become consulting engineers or executive leaders in engineering organizations. The mentorship brings together thought leaders in engineering, engineering leaders, experienced engineers, young engineers, and engineers aspiring to grow their leadership skills into a community of structured exchange of experience, guidance, and coaching. Mentorship is carried out through one-on-one meetings, group meetings and e-mentorship. Participants in the LEAP training automatically qualify to enroll for LEAP mentorship.
