UKAid/ FCDO: Development of 2022-2026 USF Strategy, Updating the USF Manual and USF Framework

Viscar offered the Communication Authority consultancy in the development of the new Strategic Plan for USF for the period 2022-2026. In addition, this consultancy also included the updating of the USF Framework and UST Operating Manual. This project, which was funded by FCDO of the Ukaid resulted in proposals of projects over the 5 years amounting to KES 22 billion. In addition, several initiatives were proposed to ensure that CA can facilitate bringing everyone on board in Voice and Data services by the end of the 2026/207 financial year.
