Week 2 – Advanced PLC Integration & Automation

  • PLC interfacing with external systems
  • Control of VFDs, HMIs, high-speed counters & encoders
  • Analogue signal processing & structured programming
  • Solving industrial automation problems using Siemens S7-1200 & Schneider PLCs
  • Preventive maintenance for improved equipment uptime
  • Fast identification & correction of complex PLC errors
  • PLC integration with SCADA systems
