Kenya Revenue Authority: ICT Cobit Process Capability Assessment

KRA contracted Viscar to do an independent assessment of the KRA ICT processes, their capabilities, and their maturity levels concerning meeting the corporate business objectives. Specific assessment areas included ICT governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and ICT strategic alignment. The COBIT5 framework, a globally recognised ICT Governance framework, was selected as the overarching assessment framework. The COBIT framework allows organizations to assess the quality, control, and reliability of information systems in an organization.
