UKAid/ FCDO: Use and Impact of Universal Services Study-Deepening Usage for increased inclusivity

The Use and Impact Study was carried out to identify the existing use and impact of USF services in areas that had benefited from USF projects. In addition, the project entailed carrying out a study to recommend strategies to deepen the usage of USF services, and developing a new monitoring and Evaluation Framework. During the execution, data was collected through self-administered questionnaires to key stakeholders, field surveys during which key informant interviews were conducted, and focussed group discussions
